At White Wolf Documentation Photography, we value honesty, professionalism, and clear communication. Due to the time, preparation, scheduling, and creative work involved in photography services, the following refund policy applies to all bookings and purchases.

Deposits & Retainers

All deposits and retainers are non-refundable. These payments reserve your session date and compensate for scheduling, preparation, and lost booking opportunities.

Cancellations

Clients who cancel photography services may forfeit all deposits previously paid. Refunds for additional payments made beyond the deposit may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made as early as possible and are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes when possible.

Digital Products & Delivered Images

Due to the nature of digital photography and downloadable content, all delivered images, edited files, digital downloads, and completed photography services are non-refundable.

Client Satisfaction

White Wolf Documentation Photography is committed to delivering professional documentation-style photography with care and attention to detail. Clients acknowledge that documentary photography captures real-life conditions and candid moments, which may vary based on environment, lighting, participation, and circumstances beyond our control.

Service Interruptions

If services cannot be completed due to equipment failure, severe weather, emergencies, illness, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client.

Unauthorized Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact White Wolf Documentation Photography directly to resolve any concerns before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
